We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across a variety of environments, including new build homes, offices, and commercial properties throughout Lincoln and Lincolnshire. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning duties in assigned areas such as offices, restrooms, kitchens, communal spaces, and new build homes.
- Perform pressure washing (external surfaces, driveways, patios, and building exteriors).
- Complete void cleans and property clearances, ensuring properties are ready for handover or reoccupation.
- Assist with biohazard cleans where required (full training provided).
- Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors to ensure a consistently clean environment.
- Clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning equipment and products.
- Safely dispose of waste and removed items in line with health and safety regulations.
- Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their cleaning needs.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
