About the role

The role that our Travel teams play in supporting our local communities is an exciting one! From longhaul trips of a lifetime to family‑friendly breaks or even romantic getaways, your primary task is to create memories for customers and make their travel dreams come true.

Responsibilities

  • Organise comprehensive travel packages for customers from start to finish, including flights, insurance, accommodation, and extra services to ensure a smooth holiday.
  • Manage holiday administration, collect and process payments, and maintain accurate financial and customer records.
  • Drive business through social media and event organisation to build and nurture customer relationships.
  • Maintain and update computer‑based and paper records, prepare reports, and perform any other administrative duties as required.
  • Assist with general office duties and day‑to‑day branch operations.

About You

  • Be enthusiastic and maintain a confident, positive, and vibrant approach to work.
  • Be sales‑focused, selling effectively with a desire to meet and exceed targets.
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently as part of a diverse team.
  • Have a keen eye for detail to record information accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
