At Lincolnshire Co‑op, we’re transforming the way technology empowers our diverse businesses — from food and pharmacy to property and funeral services. We are seeking a Senior Solution Delivery Manager to play a pivotal role in driving this change, turning strategic ambition into operational reality.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT solutions across multiple projects and workstreams, managing cross‑functional teams and collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational objectives. You’ll embed governance, standards, and delivery best practices, while mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, in scope, and on budget. You will also oversee resource planning, team performance, and vendor management, driving commercial value and high‑quality outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the end‑to‑end delivery of complex IT solutions that span teams, technologies, and business areas.
- Driving the IT transformational roadmap to ensure all initiatives support strategic goals.
- Embedding governance, standards, and delivery best practices to maintain consistency and quality.
- Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to align priorities, manage expectations, and deliver tangible business value.

- Mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and keeping delivery on track — on time, in scope, and within budget.
- Managing third‑party partners and vendors to ensure value and quality.
- Supporting change management and adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
- Ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and quality standards across all solution deliveries.
This is a hands‑on, strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in complex delivery environments, drives continuous improvement, and enjoys seeing technology deliver meaningful outcomes for both the business and the communities it serves.
