About the role
The role that our Travel teams play in supporting our local communities is an exciting one! From longhaul trips of a lifetime to family‑friendly breaks or even romantic getaways, your primary task is to create memories for customers and make their travel dreams come true.
Responsibilities
- Organise comprehensive travel packages for customers from start to finish, including flights, insurance, accommodation, and extra services to ensure a smooth holiday.
- Manage holiday administration, collect and process payments, and maintain accurate financial and customer records.
- Drive business through social media and event organisation to build and nurture customer relationships.
- Maintain and update computer‑based and paper records, prepare reports, and perform any other administrative duties as required.
- Assist with general office duties and day‑to‑day branch operations.
