Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can use your exceptional attention to detail to help deliver excellent financial management?
We are looking for an additional member to join our busy finance team. The Trust's finances are currently managed by the Head of Finance and the Finance Officer. You will have experience in office administration, ideally including some accounting experience. Experience with Sage 50 Accounts would be advantageous but is not essential, as training will be given. Good IT skills including use of Word and Excel are required. One of the main parts of your role will be assisting with the processing of supplier invoices, including inputting onto our finance system and preparing the information for payment. You will also assist in many other aspects of the finance function.
You will be used to supporting others with a flexible and adaptable attitude and you will build and maintain strong relationships. You need to have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication (written and oral), teamwork and interpersonal skills are a must, as is being able to manage your time effectively and forward plan. It is a busy environment with many staff to support.
These are exciting times for nature’s recovery and the opportunities for securing multiple benefits for people and wildlife, and you will be a key player in making that happen with a whole suite of administrative skills and experiences.
Despite the role being advertised as full-time, we are proud to operate a flexible working policy and encourage prospective applicants to discuss their requirements with us when applying for the role.
