- Manage the force's Abnormal Loads process, reviewing notifications, assessing routes, coordinating police escorts, and liaising with hauliers, local authorities, and partner agencies.
- Support the Joint Independent Audit Committee by coordinating audits, tracking actions, and producing progress reports.
- Act as a professional first point of contact, responding to queries by phone and email, maintaining stock and equipment, and processing purchase requisitions and goods receipting.
- Provide administrative support across the department, including deputising for the Vehicle Recovery Scheme Officer, supporting procurement activity, preparing meeting papers, and helping to deliver clear departmental communications.
