We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to join our team, supporting Custody, Criminal Justice and wider operational areas across the Force. This role plays a key part in monitoring and interpreting performance information, ensuring our work aligns with the Force’s strategic vision, values and culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor, analyse and collate a wide range of performance and operational data.
- Provide clear, insightful management information to Senior Leadership Teams and colleagues across the organisation.
- Attend meetings to present up-to-date performance data and insights.
- Identify, share and promote good practice within the Force and across other policing areas.
- Prepare timely and compliant responses to information requests from HMICFRS, Strategic Development, Chief Officers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct trend and pattern analysis, undertake research, and produce reports and presentations.
- Support and provide cover for colleagues within the Performance Team as required.
