About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to support Lincolnshire Police in making informed business and operational decisions. In this role, you will provide accurate performance information, insightful analysis and expert guidance to senior leaders, contributing directly to strategic planning and organisational improvement. You will also help ensure the Force meets its statutory obligations and upholds the principles of the policing Code of Ethics.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the development and delivery of the Force Performance Framework, offering guidance to senior leaders, business areas and performance teams.
- Presenting clear and compelling analytical insights to a range of internal and external audiences.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements, including the Home Office Annual Data Requirement.
- Providing specialist advice and training on performance management systems, creating reports and helping others access and interpret data.
- Supplying high‑quality information and analysis for national, regional and local partners, including Home Office, HMIC and external stakeholders.
- Researching, validating and presenting performance data, maintaining intranet content and documentation.
- Supporting data quality assurance, system integrity and compliance with national standards.
- Representing the Force at meetings and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of performance and data management practices.
- Overseeing the effective management, configuration and development of Business Objects or other performance management systems, including user access, upgrades and system documentation.
