We are seeking a dedicated and detail‐focused professional to support the delivery of the Domestic Violence Disclosure Scheme (DVDS) and the Child Sex Offence Disclosure Scheme (CSODS). In this role, you will help ensure Lincolnshire Police provides an accurate, ethical and efficient service to colleagues, partner agencies and the public. You will uphold the values set out in the force strategy and work in line with the policing Code of Ethics.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carry out research to produce accurate information for DVDS and CSODS enquiries.
- Manage and support disclosure processes, ensuring cases are allocated and progressed effectively.
- Work closely with partner agencies to obtain and share safeguarding information.
- Prepare reports and statistics for senior leadership as required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is handled in line with legislation and force guidelines.
- Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders by phone and email.
- Keep up to date with safeguarding procedures and undertake research tasks to support wider safeguarding work.
