We are looking for an additional GP to join our Practice, initially on a part-time locum basis, but with a view to potentially joining the team on a permanent part-time basis as a Salaried GP. Beacon Medical Practice are looking for an enthusiastic GP to join our exceptional team in providing excellent family medical services to our 20,000+ patients on the Lincolnshire coast, from our three surgeries.
We are a dispensing practice and also a popular training practice and employ a diverse range of professionals, including GP’s, Practitioners, Pharmacists, Paramedics, Nurses, Nurse Associates, Healthcare Assistants, working alongside community colleagues such as Mental Health Practitioners and Physiotherapists. We also have a dedicated and knowledgeable team of Managers, Receptionists, Dispensers and Administrative staff.
Fixed Term Period Locum (with scope to join team as a part-time Salaried GP following this)

What does the role involve?
- Structured daily workload
- Daily allocation of telephone triage and face to face appointments and home visits if required
- Daily admin and initial debrief time
