The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
Due to the expansion of our building and team, we are looking for a forward thinking and dedicated GP to join our three Partner Practice.
We are looking for a Salaried GP for 6-8 sessions per week. We are flexible to the needs of the candidates and are willing to consider all options, including job shares.
We are supportive of the successful candidates developing special interests within the Practice or within our IMP Federation / Primary Care Network.
Informal visits to experience the workings of the Practice and our team are welcomed.
About us:
- The Practice is located in Welton which is five miles north of the beautiful and historic city of Lincoln. There are highly rated state schools for primary and secondary education located in the village and area. The village is steadily expanding and has all the amenities of a thriving community on the doorstep.
- We have an experienced team of three Partners, two salaried GPs and two Advanced Nurse Practitioners, three Practice Nurses, two HCA’s and two phlebotomists. We also have a large Reception and Administration team as well as working with ARRS roles via the PCN. We are a well organised surgery with an excellent support team.
- We currently have on site physiotherapy, MSK Practitioners, mental health nurses, midwives, clinical pharmacists, joint injection clinics, anticoagulation services and nurse led Chronic disease clinics.
- Our list size is presently 9800 patients, and we dispense medication to approximately one third of these patients.
- We hold a GMS contract, we are rated ‘good’ by CQC and are consistently high QOF achievers.
- We use the SystmOne clinical system with a paper light aim and have an internal practice intranet. We use AskMyGP for e-consultations which are capped to a safe working level each day.
- We are part of the IMP GP Federation and local Primary Care Network consisting of nine local practices, working collaboratively to provide mutual support and share resources.
- There is regular protected time for staff and practice development and there will be opportunity to discuss and support your own special interests.
- We were scored in the top 6% of practices in the country in the NHSE National Survey 2022.
