The Suttons Medical Group are a large practice based in Long Sutton with a branch site at Sutton Bridge, between the two site we serve over 16,000 patients. Suttons Medical Practice have 4 Partners, who are supported by Salaried and Locum GP’s and a large team of clinical and non-clinical staff.
Job Summary
As a dispenser you will be responsible for the processing of prescriptions in accordance with Practice policies and legislation.
The post holder will be required to order and manage the dispensary stock and project a professional, positive, and friendly image to work colleague, patients and other visitors and deal with queries in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
You will work mostly at the Long Sutton Surgery with the flexibility to work at our branch site at Sutton Bridge from time to time. The postholder will need to be flexible to cover annual leave and sickness when required.
Requirements of the post holder must be: –
- Experience in working with EMIS preferably.
- Have an attention to details and accuracy in dispensing medications.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
