Holbeach Medical Centre is a friendly, small market town dispensing practice serving a local rural community with a list of 7,900 patients. We are looking for an enthusiastic doctor to complement and strengthen our dedicated team as we move forward with developing the practice in line with the NHS 10 year plan.
About us:
- Part of South Lincolnshire Rural PCN
- Work with Allied Health South Lincolnshire GP Federation to ensure high quality, patient‑centric care
- Team consists of 2 GP Partners, 2 Salaried GPs, a Nurse Practitioner and supportive nursing, dispensing, reception and administration staff
- Through the PCN we also have care coordinators, social prescribers, clinical pharmacists, health and wellbeing coaches, physiotherapists and first contact practitioners
- GMS practice using SystmOne, Ardens and AccuRx
- Dispensing practice
- High QOF achievers
- Rated Good in all CQC areas
- On‑site minor surgery, joint injections, MSK and physiotherapy service
- Member of a cohesive PCN group of 9 practices
- Part of a forward‑thinking GP federation
Duties include:
- Telephone triage – split between available clinicians
- Telephone consults – split between available clinicians
- On‑call sessions – pro rata share dependent on sessions worked
- Home visits – split between available clinicians
