The Glebe Practice is a thriving dispensing practice in Saxilby in the West Lincolnshire district of Lincolnshire, about 6 miles northwest of Lincoln city. We are looking for an ANP to complement and strengthen our current team. We are willing to be flexible for the right candidate and understand the importance of maintaining a sensible work/life balance.
We are a long-established well-respected practice committed to providing high quality general practice to our patients.
About us:
- Supportive and friendly clinical team consisting of 1 GP partner, 5 Salaried GPs, 2 Pharmacists, 3 Practice nurses, 1 Nursing Assistant and 1 HSW.
- Part of the Trent Care Network – FCP’s Pharmacists, Mental health nurses.
- GMS Practice using Emis Web clinical system.
- Dispensing Practice.
- High QOF achievers.
- Protected Admin time.
- Monthly PLT sessions.
- No extended hours.
The Role:
You will see patients presenting with undifferentiated illness or injury, carrying out assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing as appropriate. You will be supported by an excellent clinical, administrative, and managerial team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe and manage treatments.
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
