As a Project Surveyor, you will assist the Project Manager in ensuring Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) delivers a successful and excellent service within a contracting environment for the provision of all aspects of Planned Works Estate based works. You are responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery and contract administration of all planned and cyclical maintenance projects, estate-based works and aids and adaptations, in a client capacity.
You will assist the Project Manager in the monitoring, management, and reporting on all key performance indicators and targets across all areas of works, and assist in the development of specifications, contract documents, procurement of all business indicators, and targets across all areas of works.
