We have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Project & Delivery Manager to join our People and Change Team.
Location: Remote worker (Lincolnshire Based)

As our Project & Delivery Manager you’ll lead and coordinate key repairs change projects, within LHP’s 2-year ‘Everyday Better’ transformation programme, ensuring change is delivered effectively and that customers can feel the real benefits of a customer centric repairs service. This role will work closely with the Repairs Director, reflecting a strategic partnership focused on alignment with operational priorities. While core accountability remains within the change team, this connection ensures close collaboration and oversight to support joined-up delivery and the delivery of tangible service improvements.

Your weekly tasks could include:
- Capture insights from each project to inform future initiatives and improve delivery practices.
- Work with the Director of Repairs to clearly outline the project aims to achieve, including deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
- Create structured plans that include milestones, resource allocation, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
- Coordinate efforts across departments, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
- Build trust and maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
- Monitor project performance, identify potential issues early, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Help teams transition to new systems or processes by providing training, resources, and ongoing support.
- Work with communications and OD teams to create engaging content that supports change initiatives.
- Design tools and methods to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and report on benefits realised.
- Encourage feedback, celebrate successes, and foster an environment where change is embraced and sustained.
- Bring innovation to our transformation programme from your previous change experience.
What skills, knowledge and experiences are essential as Project & Delivery Manager?
- Hold an Agile Project Management qualification.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within people-focused organisations.
- Practical experience applying Agile or Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of the housing sector, including relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and industry challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of project management frameworks and change management best practices.
- Experience in supporting individuals through change, with a strong focus on embedding sustainable new ways of working.
- Skilled in using project delivery tools such as RAID logs, project plans, and collaborative platforms including Miro and JIRA.
- Highly organised and self-driven, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to delivery.
- Exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills; able to influence, motivate, and build consensus.
- Proficient in evaluating impact and measuring benefits, translating data into meaningful insights and actions.
- Confident in leading both strategic and operational change projects, always focused on delivering customer value.
- Approaches challenges with empathy, professionalism, and integrity, building trust at all organisational levels.
