We’re looking for a Major Works Surveyor to be part of our team. As a Major Works Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, large-scale repairs and improvements across our 12,200-housing stock. You’ll ensure large-scale repairs are delivered safely, efficiently, and right first time, in line with policies, budgets, and organisational values.
You will provide expert advice, diagnostics, specifications, and contract management across a wide range of repairs and improvements, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet customer needs and support LHP’s operational and commercial targets.
As a Major Works Surveyor, you will have the autonomy to manage your own diary and the flexibility to work from locations that best support your daily activities. This could include customers’ homes, our main offices.
