We're looking for a Neighbourhood Team Leader with a strong background in the social housing sector who is passionate about delivering excellent customer-focused services and creating places to be proud of.
As a dynamic and enthusiastic leader, you will play a key role in bringing our vision to life by ensuring the basics are done well, fostering a collaborative One Team culture, and driving continuous improvement across our housing services.

As a Neighbourhood Team Leader, you will support, coach, motivate and manage a team of Neighbourhood Officers and Allocations Officers.
You’ll also work proactively with customers, other colleagues and partners to maintain safe, well-managed neighbourhoods, tackle antisocial behaviour effectively, and provide services that are transparent, responsive and tailored to customer needs.
