At Lincolnshire Housing Partnership, we believe everyone deserves a safe and secure place to call home. We’re looking for a surveyor with a passion for facilities management and construction to join our Asset Management team.
As a Graduate Surveyor (Facilities Management), you’ll play a key role in helping us create safe, efficient, and welcoming spaces across all Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) sites. Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll support the smooth delivery of our facilities services and contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our estates, offices, and communal areas.
In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of facilities operations across our offices and spoke sites. This includes maintaining accurate records, supporting planned and cyclical maintenance, and ensuring that our buildings and shared spaces consistently meet our high standards.
You’ll build strong working relationships with contractors, ensuring that all facilities-related work—from initial planning through to completion—is delivered safely, on time, and to the quality our colleagues expect. As the first point of contact for facilities enquiries, you’ll help ensure that everyone across LHP receives a friendly, professional, and efficient service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your surveying career, gain exposure to a broad range of facilities management activities, and help shape well-maintained environments that support both our teams and the communities we serve.
What would make you the ideal candidate?
We’re looking for someone who truly lives our values and isn’t afraid of an honest day’s graft. The right person will earn trust through openness, reliability, and accountability, show respect for customers and colleagues, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the team to get the job done to a high standard.
It would be great if you had:
- Proven experience of using databases to retrieve, input and provide information.
- Excellent communication and customer care skills.
- Good IT and keyboard skills with experience of using Office 365 applications.
- Able to collate and retrieve information effectively and make decisions driven by the data.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage your own workload, undertake site inspections independently, and make informed decisions.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
It would be even better if you had:
- A degree in facilities management, construction, surveying or project management.
- Willingness to work towards professional accreditation in Facilities Management (IWFM) Surveying (AssocRICS/MRICS) or another recognised surveying or facilities body.
