We’re looking for a qualified Electrician, initially to carry out electrical testing and inspections within our customers homes in the Grimsby area. We’re offering a competitive salary of £39,279 plus great company benefits. As an Electrician you will service and maintain electrical systems and equipment in domestic and commercial properties to a high-quality standard in accordance with the most current Edition of Wiring Regulations and LHP policies and procedures. You will work within a team, carrying out cyclical inspection, testing and remedial works to Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) properties in accordance with the IET Wiring Regulations, Electrical Best Practice Guides and LHP protocols documents. What duties will I be carrying out as an Electrician? Inspection and testing work to domestic and some commercial properties. Recognize and understand classifcations of wiring fault codes c1, c2, c3 and FI Undertake routine maintenance and servicing to electrical systems and equipment to the standards required by the IET Trace, diagnose and rectify faults using appropriate testing and measuring equipment, ensuring systems and equipment is left in a safe and usable condition. Report and repair all faulty equipment /installations that do not comply with current regulations. Form part of a callout rota and cover What experience will I need as an Electrician? A minimum of two years experience working within an electrical installation environment relevant to this role What Qualifications will I need as an Electrician?
