As a labourer, you will work across our full repairs team, assisting our tradespeople carry out repairs in our customers' homes and empty properties. You will support different trades—such as joinery, plumbing, bricklaying, or roofing—to make sure the work can be completed safely and efficiently. Your role is important in helping us deliver repairs on time, to a good standard, and in line with our values. You will work towards our targets for productivity, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
