Location: Lincolnshire Based (Flexible/agile working)
Salary: £37,311.84
Contract: Permanent
As an Asset Systems Coordinator, you will assist in ensuring Lincolnshire Housing Partnerships (LHP) register of assets are recorded and updated accordingly, with evidence of this being made readily available. Part of this process will involve the checking and processing of energy efficiency information and documentation, working closely with other members of the team to cover all three teams, Asset Systems, Planned and Estates to achieve this. The role will require attention to detail and excellent confident communication skills with customers, colleagues, and external parties.

What skills, attributes and experience will I need as an Asset Systems Coordinator?
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to confidently speak with customers and other stakeholders.
- Competent at using Excel spreadsheets with knowledge of complex formulas.
- Able to use a range of Microsoft Office 365 applications to produce a range of documents to a high standard, including mail merge.
- High attention to detail, especially regarding data.
- Experience using Power BI is desirable, but not essential.
