We’re looking for a qualified Electrician, initially to carry out electrical testing and inspections within our customers homes in the Grimsby area. We’re offering a competitive salary of £39,279 plus great company benefits. As an Electrician you will service and maintain electrical systems and equipment in domestic and commercial properties to a high-quality standard in accordance with the most current Edition of Wiring Regulations and LHP policies and procedures. You will work within a team, carrying out cyclical inspection, testing and remedial works to Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) properties in accordance with the IET Wiring Regulations, Electrical Best Practice Guides and LHP protocols documents. What duties will I be carrying out as an Electrician? Inspection and testing work to domestic and some commercial properties.
