Teaching Assistant (Maternity Cover) until 31 May 27 at Theddlethorpe Academy, 32.5 hours per week, term time + Inset days (195 days).
We are seeking to recruit a versatile Teaching Assistant who will play a key role in supporting students and staff at our primary Academy. We are looking for someone who believes in inclusion for all students and is able to implement strategies to support children with SEND.
Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 support to children with additional needs.
- Assist the class teacher with groups of children or individual students in the classroom.
- Support children with social, emotional or behavioural needs.
- Participate in all aspects of school life.
- Good standard of literacy.
- Adaptable and willing to be involved in all aspects of school life.
- Calm manner and ability to work as part of a team.
