Louth Academy is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the school. Working closely with senior staff, you will deliver a wide range of administrative and organisational support, including managing communications with pupils, parents and external agencies, maintaining accurate records, and producing reports. You will play a key role in coordinating meetings, supporting school events, monitoring attendance, and contributing to the development of efficient administrative systems.

The role also involves overseeing routine processes such as forms, returns, and personnel administration, while providing guidance to junior administrative staff where required. This is a varied and fast-paced position suited to someone with strong IT skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties

  • General clerical and administrative work
