28 hours per week LGAT 5 £25,550 pro rata. Actual Salary: £16,403.10 Term time + Inset days (195 days per year)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate Teaching Assistant to join our academy.
Responsibilities:- Assist students, including those with SEN, to maximise access to the curriculum.
- Work under the direction of the teacher in a class-based environment using teaching aids and other methods of support.
- Help support and promote the Academy behaviour policy.
Whilst experience is not necessary, you must have a good standard of literacy, be adaptable and willing to be involved in all aspects of school life, have a calm manner and be able to work as part of a team.
