To support our continued pursuit of excellence in all that we do, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding Assistant Principal - Attendance & Achievement. This opportunity has arisen following the promotion of the previous postholder to Vice Principal within a large secondary school. We are therefore looking for an inspirational and highly motivated educational leader to drive improvements in attendance, achievement, and student outcomes across the academy.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all students attend well, engage positively, and achieve highly. They will lead strategic approaches to improving attendance and reducing barriers to learning, while ensuring that high‑quality teaching, intervention, and support enable learners to secure the academic qualifications and personal development needed for success in their next steps.
