Lincolnshire Gateway Academies Trust is seeking a Lead Teacher of SEND for their new Resource Specialist Provision, 'The Bridgehouse', set to open in New Waltham in September 2026. The role involves leading a supportive team and implementing a tailored curriculum for up to 12 children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong teaching background, be passionate about creating a nurturing environment, and possess an in-depth understanding of the SEND Code of Practice. A commitment to students with additional needs is essential.
