32.5 hours per week, Fixed Term until 31 August 2026 (To support student requirements)

We are seeking to recruit a versatile 1:1 Teaching Assistant who will play a key role in supporting students and staff at our primary Academy. We are looking for someone who believes in inclusion for all students and is able to implement strategies to support children with SEND. Responsibilities will include working 1:1 to support individuals with additional needs in the classroom. The role will involve working with children to support any social, emotional or behavioural needs.

Whilst experience is not necessary, you must have a good standard of literacy, be adaptable and willing to be involved in all aspects of school life, have a calm manner and be able to work as part of a team.
