Who You Are

You are an experienced social worker ready to join a supportive and stable team in East Lindsey North. Your expertise spans across all facets of family social work, particularly focusing on Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Care Proceedings. Your ability to operate effectively in dynamic situations will be crucial, especially given the rotational duty system structure of the team.

What the Job Involves

This role involves integrating into a committed team based in Louth, Lincolnshire, to carry out comprehensive family assessments and support. You'll participate in the rotational duty system, requiring in-office presence five consecutive days, one week out of every three. Outside of the duty week, you will leverage a hybrid structure of home and office work. The role requires immediate agency coverage to fill a recently vacated position.
