As a Project Manager, you will manage and support the implementation and delivery of the Council’s transformation activities, and other corporate priority and major projects. This role will manage and support some of the Council’s most complex transformational and innovative change projects and programmes of work, from inception to completion, supporting their delivery to time, budget, and to the highest standards.

We are looking for an individual who is:

  • An experienced Project Manager who can bring a fusion of project management, change management and business analysis skills to the role
  • Qualified in an appropriate Project Management discipline with experience of working on projects or programmes within a transformational environment, preferably within a political context
  • Able to apply Business/ Data Analysis approaches to support the delivery of innovative solutions to help us continually improve our services
  • A natural collaborator and excellent communicator, with experience of working with a range of stakeholders to deliver change
  • A ‘can-do’ person and excited to realise project benefits and create a positive change for our residents and communities
  • Able to prioritise their workload and enjoys working within a fast paced, complex environment
  • Professionally curious, innovative and creative

About Our Offer

The role is based within our Lincoln site and encompasses a hybrid working model where you will combine working from home with time on site based on the needs of the service.
