The predicted salary is between 19893 - 21119 £ per year.
The focus of the post is on providing one to one support to the Education Lawyer in respect of Special Educational Needs Tribunals. It is also expected that the successful candidate will provide support to the other Lawyers within the team as and when required.

Duties include:
- Maintaining the legal files to a high standard.
- Obtaining documents relevant for the appeal.
- Preparing the bundles for the final hearing.
- Dealing with members of the public/legal professionals.
- Administrative tasks for other Lawyers in the team.
Full training will be provided.

Remote Working:
The council has a smarter working policy which provides a great degree of flexibility between home and office working. This post does however require some office attendance on a weekly basis, which is currently one day per week each Wednesday when all team members attend the office. The role will initially require a minimum of three days a week in the office to assist with training and development.
