This leadership role is crucial as we shape and deliver our strategy to improve patient outcomes across Lincolnshire.

About the Trusts

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have formed a Group arrangement to enhance patient care across the county. This is not a formal merger but a collaboration under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, maintaining their separate statutory identities.

Role Overview

Following the appointment of Paul Antunes Goncalves as Group Chief Finance Officer, the Trust seeks an exceptional Group Operational Director of Finance. The role involves leading the Group shared service, overseeing operational finance activities including financial planning, reporting, corporate finance, financial control, performance, and management, and partnering with stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

We seek a candidate with a proven track record at a senior level in the NHS or wider public sector, demonstrating financial leadership, influencing skills, and the ability to build effective relationships. The ideal candidate will be an ambassador for the Trust with the political acumen to support its regional interests.
