Clinical Coding Data Quality Assurance Lead Band 7
To assist the Head of Clinical Coding in delivering a programme of Clinical Coding and Data Quality Audits to ensure that patient coded data is of known quality to support effective use of data for reimbursement, benchmarking, performance monitoring and other analytical requirements.
Plan, develop, implement and manage the delivery of the Clinical Coding audit/training service using NHS Digital Clinical Classifications material.
Deliver training to new Coders, existing Coders requiring further/refresher training, and external service users.
