Our community pharmacies play a key part in caring for the health and wellbeing of our customers and members. As the largest Co-operative Pharmacy group, our pharmacies offer so much more than just exceptional customer service! From prescriptions and flu vaccines to podiatry therapy, we’re passionate about looking after the health needs of our patients.
We\\\’re now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pharmacy Warehouse Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our pharmacy operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and detailed completion of a variety of administration tasks to contribute towards the smooth functioning of our Pharmacy business.
In this role, you\\\’ll work collaboratively with other areas of the administration team and with the wider business. Your duties will involve, but aren\\\’t limited to:
- Completing any administration relating to branch stock transfers and product recalls
- Matching up delivery notes with invoices, checking prices and producing customer credit notes
- Inputting telephone and email orders alongside recording medical data, ordering special items and keeping medical pricing up to date
- Maintaining supplier and customer licence checks through our systems
- Liaising with warehouse colleagues and Pharmacy branches to arrange PPA returns

- Good time management with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise as necessary
