Lincolnshire Community Weight Management Service is seeking a GPwER to make a real difference for adults with severe and complex obesity, within a new community-based model commissioned by NHS Lincolnshire ICB. The post combines medical input, leadership, and clinical governance across a multidisciplinary team.
You will provide comprehensive medical assessment, participate in risk stratification, prescribe weight management medications per NICE guidance, and deliver face-to-face, telephone, and other forms of support.
