Location: Head Office, Newland, Lincoln LN1 1YA.

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a Business Services Assistant to deliver outstanding administration support across the organisation and to manage the administration of identified contracted projects. The role includes maintaining and booking women’s only spaces such as the Women’s Centre, and coordinating women attending LAT’s Women’s Services and Women’s RISE groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the organisation.
  • Manage the administration of identified contracted projects.
  • Maintain and book women’s only spaces at the Head Office.
  • Coordinate arrivals of women to LAT’s Women’s Services and Women’s RISE groups.
  • Ensure all office areas are well-kept and prepared for meetings.
  • Exhibit resilience and confidence in dealing with changing priorities, while maintaining accuracy.

Requirements

  • Valid UK driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for business use (ideally).
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration desirable or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge and demonstration of safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality and equality of opportunity.
  • Passion for LAT’s core values: Achievement, Empowerment, Inspiration, Quality, Respect.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and customer-service skills.
  • Resilience and confidence to handle changing priorities.
  • Basic DBS check and vetting clearance required.
