LC Legal is delighted to be partnering with a modern, forward-thinking Top 100 law firm, recognised for delivering high-quality, complex work within a genuinely supportive and balanced culture. Due to continued growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Associate (4 years' + PQE) to join the firm’s Property Litigation team in Leeds. This role offers flexible hybrid working, alongside an attractive and competitive remuneration and benefits package.

Working closely with highly regarded Partners within a top Legal 500 ranked firm, you will advise a broad range of public and private sector clients on the full range of contentious property advice and litigation. The role includes:

  • Acting on disputes in the County Court, High Court and specialist tribunals, including First‑tier and Upper Tribunal matters
  • Advising on a full spectrum of contentious landlord and tenant issues
  • Providing strategic, commercially focussed advice outside of formal litigation proceedings
  • Handling residential and commercial forfeiture, rent reviews, service charge disputes and leasehold management issues
  • Advising on Building Safety Act and related regulatory issues
  • Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate
  • Supporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of the team

About you:

  • 4 years’ + PQE with strong litigation experience
  • Comfortable running your own caseload with appropriate senior support
  • Technically strong with sound procedural knowledge
  • Interested in mentoring or supervising junior colleagues
  • Commercially aware and keen to contribute to team growth
