We are seeking an experienced Partner to join their expanding Private Client practice. Based in Leeds, this role offers flexible hybrid working, alongside a competitive remuneration and benefits package.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic chance to play a pivotal role in supporting owner-managed businesses, corporations, charities, and high-net-worth individuals. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and nurturing existing client relationships, including high and ultra-high net worth individuals and families
- Driving new business development and growth for the Private Client team
- Providing expert advice across a broad spectrum of private wealth matters
- Mentoring and developing team members to enhance both client and people engagement
- Delivering innovative, tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Delegating effectively to optimise profitability and performance
- Supporting division heads or sector leads to deliver client objectives
- Achieving financial targets and KPIs
About You
We are looking for a Partner or Legal Director who is:
- STEP-qualified with strong expertise in all aspects of private client law
- Experienced in leading client relationships with a significant following
- Confident in business development and driving growth within the team
- Passionate about mentoring and developing colleagues
- Motivated to contribute to a firm with real ambition, locally and internationally
