The role involves joining a collaborative and ambitious construction team, where you will advise on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters across both domestic and cross-border projects. You will support significant transactions spanning the real estate, infrastructure, transport and energy sectors, while building your own client relationships and managing matters with increasing autonomy.

Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters relating to development, investment and infrastructure projects
- Drafting and negotiating a variety of construction documentation, including building contracts, consultant appointments and collateral warranties
- Supporting complex UK and international transactions alongside colleagues from real estate, banking, corporate and other specialist teams
- Managing your own matters while contributing to larger multi-disciplinary projects
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Contributing to business development initiatives, market engagement and the continued growth of the practice
About you:
- Scottish or English qualified Solicitor with approximately 2-5 years' PQE in non-contentious construction law
- Experience advising on construction contracts, consultant appointments and associated project documentation
- Previous exposure to the real estate, infrastructure or energy sectors would be advantageous, although not essential
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills with a commercial and pragmatic approach
- Motivated to develop your career within a collaborative, high-performing international team
