The role You’ll work with a broad client base, from fast-growing SMEs to established national and international brands, advising on a wide range of commercial matters. The work spans general commercial contracts, technology, IP and data/privacy, providing real variety and scope to broaden your expertise. Key responsibilities include: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements (supply, purchase and distribution contracts, outsourcing arrangements, media and marketing contracts, and technology agreements) Advising clients on day‑to‑day commercial issues as well as strategic projects Taking increasing ownership of matters and building your own client relationships Supporting and mentoring more junior lawyers within the team About you 3–5 years’ PQE with a solid grounding in commercial contracts Strong drafting skills and the ability to deliver clear, commercially focused advice Exposure to technology‑related work A collaborative approach, with an interest in mentoring and team development Commercially minded, with an enthusiasm for client relationship building #J-18808-Ljbffr
