Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a Talent & Early Careers Programme Support Advisor in Lincoln. You will coordinate early careers lifecycles, including work experience and T Level placements, apprenticeships and related activities, ensuring high-quality learner experiences and alignment with strategic goals.

You will lead end-to-end placement management, engage with education establishments, learners, guardians and host teams, and use Power BI to monitor KPIs and drive service.
