Fluency Duty

We are seeking a kind, caring and dedicated individual to take on the role of SENDCo at our lovely school. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that children with SEND receive high quality, inclusive education, enabling them to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. You will work closely with senior leaders, staff, families, and external agencies to develop, implement, and monitor SEND provision, ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and statutory requirements. You will champion a positive and supportive culture for all pupils, ensuring that every child feels welcome, safe, and valued.

We are looking for someone who:

  • has a caring and child centred approach
  • has a proven track record in teaching children with SEND in a primary school setting
  • can lead the development, implementation and monitoring of SEND provision and policy
  • has the ability to work effectively in a team
  • is supportive of our school vision and values
