Boston Grammar School is seeking to appoint a Pastoral Support Worker. 39 weeks per year – G3 to G4 depending upon experience. 37 Hours Per Week.

The Academy Board of Boston Grammar School invites applications from well qualified individuals to take up post at the earliest possible opportunity. We are seeking a passionate and inspirational individual to help drive the pastoral and academic progress of students. The successful candidate will be working within an existing team of teaching Heads of Year and the school’s Pastoral Manager. The role is pivotal to the success of our students and it is therefore essential that we get the right person for the role, who is able to work with our talented and successful student body.
