We are seeking a flexible and reliable Zero Hours Site Manager to support our academy trust on an ad hoc basis. You will play a key role in ensuring our 11 school sites are safe, secure, and well-maintained, stepping in to cover absences or provide additional support when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and closing school sites as required
- Carrying out basic maintenance and repairs
- Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
- Supporting contractors and overseeing site access
- Responding to urgent site issues across multiple locations including Boston, Spalding, Gedney and Old Leake.
Essential Criteria:
- Full, clean driving licence (travel between academy sites is required)
- Ability to work flexibly and independently
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Practical and hands on approach
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous site management, caretaking or facilities experience
- Trade/Construction experience
