The predicted salary is between 31650 - 43607 £ per year.

32.5 hrs per week required for September 2026. 8:15am – 3:15pm Monday to Friday. Grade 3 SCP 6-9 (Actual salary £21,267).

You will need:

  • To have high expectations and an unwavering belief in the potential of every child
  • To be able to communicate effectively with the child, parents, colleagues and outside agencies
  • To establish good working relationships with the class teacher, SENDCo and outside agencies
  • To have good organisational skills, keeping detailed records and updating assessments
  • To provide support for families and ensure partnership with home and school
  • To use initiative to work in a one-to-one or small group setting.

The successful applicant will:

  • Be qualified to minimum NVQ level 3 TA
  • Be educated to a good standard in English and Maths
  • Be able to challenge, motivate and foster independence in our pupils
  • Be hard working and passionate about engaging children in learning and overcoming barriers
  • Be flexible and enjoy working as part of a team
