Engineering Apprentice position at Lincoln UTC

Lincoln UTC wishes to appoint an enthusiastic EngineeringApprentice to join our specialist engineering team.
The college is smaller than most schools but is growing inpopularity. We currently have just under 400 students on roll. Lincoln UTCcurrently approximately 35 teaching staff supported by a team of 6 teachingassistants. We are an uncommonly ‘tight knit’ and supportive community.
Behaviour at the college is exceptional and therelationships that exist between students and staff are very positive.
The successful candidate will be actively involved in allaspects of college life alongside the completion of a 3-year apprenticeshipdelivered onsite at the UTC.
Prior experience within engineering is not essential but iswelcomed. Full training and support will be available. This is a fixed term positionfor 3 years (duration of the apprenticeship), term time + 10 days (pro rata).
