We are currently seeking a Reception Supervisor to join the Front Office Team at Lincoln Plaza London, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the Front Office Team in welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out process.
  • Handling guest enquiries and providing information about the hotel’s services and facilities.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
  • Duty management shifts are an integral part of this role.
