We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join Lincoln Plaza London, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton.

As Chef de Partie, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading your section during breakfast service and supporting other meal periods when needed
  • Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard, following brand standard
  • Ensuring all food is of excellent quality and well presented
  • Keeping your section clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards
  • Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the day
