Lincoln Motor Company is embarking on a major payroll transformation programme in the UK. We are seeking a motivated lead to guide delivery of the 18-month project, shaping new processes, requirements and controls while ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance.
You will supervise the Business Development team, coordinate with Payroll, HR, Finance and IT, manage stakeholders and suppliers, and drive governance, testing and change deployment to deliver a modern, reliable payroll service.
